Construction begins on four new homes in North Central Troy

We are thrilled to announce that Habitat is back in Troy with four new construction homes on River Street! Construction is underway and our homeownership application is now open through February 20, 2023.

The homes are expected to be completed in summer 2023. The houses have three and four bedrooms and the following features:

  • Open-concept first floor with kitchen, living space and half bath

  • Bedrooms and full bath on second floor

  • Washer/dryer hookups in basement

  • Back deck off of first floor

  • Backyard

Construction of these homes is funded through the City of Troy and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Program. Construction financing is provided by the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region.
