A good deal for you, our community and the planet

Our merchandise is donated by generous individuals, businesses and contractors like you who want to help raise money for Habitat for Humanity Capital District’s mission. Our store is run by friendly staff and volunteers and proceeds of every sale go into helping build homes right here in our community. Our primary mission is to raise funds for Habitat’s work through store sales.

The ReStore:

  • Raises money to build homes and strengthen neighborhoods here in the Capital District

  • Prevents tons of home improvement items from ending up in the landfill

  • Provides home improvement goods to the public at a fraction of the price

Team members are usually busy helping customers, so the ReStore phone line is not regularly monitored. Email is the best way to contact the ReStore. You may call (518) 275-6638 to leave a message, but it may take longer for someone to get back to you.

The ReStore is not a social service agency or a furniture assistance program. If you are in need of furniture assistance, please connect with your local human/social service agency.
