Many of our neighbors would not be able to qualify for a new, energy-efficient home at that price. In fact, 1 in 3 households in our community struggle to afford their current housing costs. That’s why we like to say we are the #1 affordable home builder in the area, building an average of 8-11 homes every year throughout the cities of Albany and Troy.
